Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant Finance CRM & Voice Integration
Location: Austin Tx (hybrid 2 days a week in the office)
Job Summary We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professionals to support greenfield implementations across Dynamics 365 Finance and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with a strong emphasis on voice and telephony integration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and deliver greenfield implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM modules.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Configure customize and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM solutions.
Own full lifecycle implementations including requirement gathering design build testing deployment and hypercare support.
Design and implement voice/telephony integrations with Dynamics 365 (CTI call routing call logging screen pops case creation).
Collaborate with telephony vendors and infrastructure teams on integration design.
Design and manage integrations using Power Platform Azure services and APIs.
Support data migration validation and reconciliation activities.
Ensure security compliance and governance standards are met.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders and provide implementation best-practice guidance.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM implementations.
Hands-on experience with voice or telephony integrations within Dynamics 365 environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse).
Experience with system integrations APIs and Azure integration services.
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice Azure Communication Services or CTI tools.
Experience working on enterprise-scale ERP or CRM transformation programs.
