Job Summary

OneStream - Financial Planning Budgeting and Forecasting

Resolve complex issues passed from Level 1/2
Resolve issues in Exchange mail flow SharePoint/OneDrive permissions and Teams collaboration.
Configure and manage Microsoft Purview compliance features DLP policies and Conditional Access controls.
Use PowerShell to automate user provisioning licensing and tenant administration.
Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations onboarding and infrastructure upgrades.
Create SOPs and documentation while mentoring Tier 1/2 technicians.
Recommend solutions in Conditional Access Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Microsoft Purview (DLP eDiscovery)
Interface directly with Microsoft Premier/Unified Support for complex technical issues.
Manage Security aspects of any Microsoft 365 installation along with the Cybersecurity team.
