Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on this role youll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production.
Job Details: Location: Chelmsford MA
Shift: 4/10 - Second Shift Full-Time (M-TH) 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Hours: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Monday through Thursday with possibility for Overtime
What Youll Do:
-Perform electrical and RF testing on systems sub-assemblies and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
-Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
-Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
-Document accurate data records and results test databases generate reports and assist in improving test procedures.
-Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
-Collaborate with production quality and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
-Basic computer skills required including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping work instructions and task confirmation.
What Were Looking For:
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
-Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
-Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
-Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability with a desire to grow and learn in their role.
-High school diploma or GED required.
Interim secret clearance required to start position. Supplier will be required to start interim clearance process at offer stage.
