This is your opportunity to join the Fence industry leader!Master Halco: Fence & Deck Supply North Americas leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a Machine Operator willing to complete training if necessary to become a weaving machine operator for 2nd Shift (Monday through Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am).This position will work under limited supervision operating moderately complex equipment in the continuous-operation manufacturing of strand wire into woven chain link will also be responsible for the sets-up and operation of one or more weaving machines inspecting for quality and troubleshooting With Us Has Its Rewards:Competitive wage starting at $26.50 per hour PLUS a $2.50 shift through Thursday Second Shift: 3:30pm - 2:00am.A competitive health care plan (over 30 hours a week).A generous matching 401(k) reimbursement.A generous paid-time off package AND MORE!This is a very exciting time to join our company. We are always looking for people with the drive to learn and determination to :Sets-up weaving machine for correct height and selvage of wire fabric and threads machine with wire verbal instructions or manufacturing order forms retrieves specific gauge and finish of raw material with stops and monitors weaving operation on multiple weaving minor problems such as tangles and misweaves and reports major problems to Supervisor or maintenance visual inspection on finished material and material in-process for misweaves poor quality raw material roll length counter and removes woven wire from take-up drive forklift to move wire to staging :Able to physically lift 75 lbs. experience with metal forming machines such as extrusion presses and/or to work overtime (including weekends) as you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and the opportunity to challenge your mechanical skills on our manufacturing equipment this is the right place for you!MASTER HALCO IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Statement:Master Halco is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
