MF Utilities Developer

Client is looking someone for MF Utilities Developer who is particularly strong with REXX programming
Need USC PR Other EAD holders ( no visa dependent candidates )

Job description:

• Ability to learn adapt and innovate on your own with strong knowledge of Agile Development practices.
• Good communication skills both written and oral are required as the individual must interface with application developers support teams software vendors and management staff.
• Basic knowledge and/or experience with Mainframe z/OS JCL TSO ISPF.
• Developer background to aid with service ticket resolution from the user perspective.
• Ability to work closely with internal user clients to resolve issues.
• Mid-level knowledge of IBM Utilities i.e. IEBCOPY IEBGENER etc.

Responsibilities:

• Vendor software Tool Administrator for: BMC DevX Code Pipeline/ISPW BMC Topaz Workbench IBM IDz v17.* CA-JCLCHECK.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge.
• Lead resolution processes for complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Develop technical solutions automation of processes and lead individual or small team initiatives.
• Communicate across various audiences including technical managerial and vendors.
• Participate in 24x7 on call rotation and be required to provide off hours support as necessary.

Preferred Job Skills:

• Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience with: Mainframe z/OS and Horizon platforms z/OS USS z/OS Connect Jenkins Ansible IDZ and/or Eclipse based software.
