Compensation: $75000-$85000 annual salary target (90k hard cap)

Schedule: 1st shift 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Employment: Full-time direct hire

Location: Onsite in Leola PA

Relocation: Available if needed including basic moving expenses and initial setup costs

Lead daily maintenance activities while staying hands-on with equipment troubleshooting and repairs. This role suits an experienced industrial maintenance professional who can prioritize work guide technicians and partner with Production to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.

• Lead daily maintenance meetings set priorities assign technicians and follow work through completion.
• Respond to breakdowns and independently diagnose or direct repairs across mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic motor and control systems.
• Keep preventive and corrective maintenance on schedule; review work orders parts needs and outstanding issues in MaintainX.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production to minimize downtime and communicate equipment problems priorities and resource needs.
• Coach technicians provide technical direction identify training needs and reinforce accountability.
• Partner with maintenance leadership on root-cause investigations reliability improvements projects and capital work.
• Reinforce safe work practices housekeeping and accurate maintenance documentation.

• Strong industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics hydraulics motors controls and industrial equipment.
• Ability to independently diagnose failures and complete or lead repairs without significant technical direction.
• Ability to read electrical schematics mechanical drawings equipment manuals and maintenance documentation; proficiency with a multimeter and standard troubleshooting tools.
• Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Strong communication organization ownership and ability to manage competing priorities on the manufacturing floor.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Maintenance supervisory lead technician or team leadership experience.
• Technical school training trade certification or a related associate degree.
• MaintainX experience.

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:00 PM. Overtime may be required including occasional mandatory Saturdays.
