Job Summary
Our Client an IT Services and Consultant company is looking for a MES Engineer for their Saint Albans VT location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MES recipes using Rockwell
- Optimize recipes to improve efficiency quality and performance
- Support MES deployments including testing troubleshooting and go-live activities
- Collaborate with IT Engineering QA and Operations to align MES with process requirements
- Provide production support and resolve MES-related issues
- Maintain documentation and support validation/compliance activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of MES experience preferably with Rockwell MES
- Experience with recipe/workflow authoring and system configuration
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and batch operations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Experience in regulated industries (Pharma Food & Beverage etc.)
- Familiarity with validation (CSV) and GMP requirements
- Knowledge of Rockwell automation systems (PLC SCADA)
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
