Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney 3rd-7th year

Cooley LLP has opportunities available for attorneys with 3-7 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents managing deal process and client relationships supervising junior associates and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $260000 - $420000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
