As A team Lead you will serve as the primary liaison between design teams contractors subcontractors and clients ensuring seamless coordination of all MEP systems. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Team Management
Lead a team of MEP coordinators and coordinate with engineers and technical staff fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
Establish departmental goals performance metrics and quality standards that align with organizational objectives
Conduct regular performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and create professional development opportunities for team members
Build and maintain a high-performing team capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in demanding timelines
Champion best practices in MEP coordination and drive innovation in project delivery methodologies
Project Coordination & Oversight
Direct all aspects of MEP coordination construction projects
Review and approve MEP design documents shop drawings and coordination models to ensure compliance with project specifications building codes and industry standards
Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive BIM/VDC coordination models using Revit Navisworks and other industry-standard platforms

Qualifications:
minimum 3 years of MEP project coordination experience
