Position Overview



We are seeking an exceptional MEP Project Management Team Leadto lead our mechanical electrical and plumbing coordination efforts across multiple high-profile construction projects. This pivotal leadership role demands a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses the strategic vision to oversee complex multi-disciplinary projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.



As A team Lead you will serve as the primary liaison between design teams contractors subcontractors and clients ensuring seamless coordination of all MEP systems. This position requires someone who can anticipate challenges before they arise make critical decisions under pressure and inspire Project coordinators to achieve excellence in every project phase.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a team of MEP coordinators and coordinate with engineers and technical staff fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
  • Establish departmental goals performance metrics and quality standards that align with organizational objectives
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and create professional development opportunities for team members
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in demanding timelines
  • Champion best practices in MEP coordination and drive innovation in project delivery methodologies

Project Coordination & Oversight

  • Direct all aspects of MEP coordination construction projects
  • Review and approve MEP design documents shop drawings and coordination models to ensure compliance with project specifications building codes and industry standards
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive BIM/VDC coordination models using Revit Navisworks and other industry-standard platforms

Qualifications:

  • minimum 3 years of MEP project coordination experience
