Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist-needed for part-time temporary-to-permanent hire. The therapist is needed on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30a-4:00p.
Key Responsibilities
Performs an intake/assessment and psychosocial assessment on patients in the psychiatric and substance abuse programs.
Develops and implements an individualized treatment plan and completes treatment plan reviews with active participation in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
Provides group therapy to include psycho-educational cognitive-behavioral skills acquisition/coping skills groups process groups relapse prevention groups other therapeutic groups individual therapy and involves family participation as indicated for patients in the psychiatric and substance abuse programs.
