Location: 65 N 1150 W Hurricane Utah 84737 (On-site)

Salary:

• Associate/Provisional: $65000 - 70000 per year
• Fully Licensed: $70000 - 80000 per year

Schedule:

• Wednesday - Friday
  • 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday
  • Lead 2 groups average 3-hour day

Join Embarks Stabilization and Assessment Program in Hurricane Utah. As a therapist youll work with highly acute adolescent boys (ages 1217) and their families through shortterm stabilization and indepth assessment. Youll be part of a collaborative missiondriven team that combines clinical excellence with genuine connection helping teens and families move toward healing and lasting change.

• Weekend group therapy: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that build coping skills emotional regulation healthy relationships and peer connection.
• Small caseload: Hold 1-2 clients to support deep therapeutic relationships and consistent clinical engagement.
• Therapeutic services: Provide individual family and group therapy using DBT TFCBT ACT Smart Recovery and Seeking Safety. (Paid training provided!)
• Care coordination: Partner with families schools and providers to implement monitor and adjust individualized support plans.
• Client followthrough: Maintain accurate documentation track clinical progress and ensure clients receive needed services and interventions.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with psychiatrists nurses educators and program staff to align treatment goals and daily care.
• Documentation compliance: Complete timely compliant clinical records that reflect treatment plans interventions and measurable outcomes.
• Discharge & aftercare: Lead clients through discharge planning coordinate aftercare resources and ensure continuity of support.
• Therapeutic presence: Build trust with adolescents through consistent boundaries compassion and authentic connection.

• Masters degree: Masters in a behavioral health discipline required.
• Fully licensed: LCSW LMFT LCMHC.
• Associate licensed: CSW AMFT ACMHC.
• Preferred clinical experience: 12 years in residential or youth treatment; experience with systemic relational or experiential modalities.
• Credentialing readiness: Must have or be willing to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI number.
• Background check:Ability to pass a state background check.
