• Become a Trial Champion by creating an amazing trial experience and confidently enrolling new members.
  
  
• Support member retention by building relationships and providing excellent service.
  
  

• Assist with administrative tasks and member requests.
  
  
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming center.
  
  
• Support daily weekly and monthly cleaning responsibilities.
  
  
• Assist with center events promotions and special projects.
  
  
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team.
  
  

• Weekday mornings: approximately 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
  
  
• Weekday afternoons/evenings: approximately 2:00 PM 8:00 PM or 3:30 PM 8:00 PM
  
  
• Weekends: approximately 8:00 AM 2:30 PM
  
  

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Comfortable talking with parents and confidently asking for the sale.
  
  
• Strong customer service mindset.
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Reliable organized and detail-oriented.
  
  
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly.
  
  
• CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
  
  

• Membership sales inside sales lead follow-up or consultative sales experience
  
  
• Boutique fitness gym wellness membership-based business or other goal-driven environment
  
  
• Experience making outbound calls and following up with leads
  
  
• Experience working toward measurable sales/conversion goals
  
  
• CRM or lead-management experience
  
  
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple platforms quickly
