Member Service Representative II (Float) Full-Time
Job Summary
Looking for a role where you can help people utilize financial service skills and be part of a supportive local team Saco Valley Credit Union recognized as a Best Place to Work in Maine every year from 2019 through 2026 is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative II (Float) to support our Saco and Waterboro branches.
In this role youll be one of the friendly faces members count on for everyday banking account opening and support digital banking help and problem-solving. Youll float between the three branches to support operations based on business needs.

What Youll Do
- Assist members with teller transactions and account questions
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services
- Open personal business and IRA accounts and help members with additional services
- Support online and mobile banking needs
- Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with branch team members

- Monday-Friday schedule; occasional Saturdays with pay differential

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Ability to identify members financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Work Environment
This role is based in a branch environment and involves assisting members in person using a computer and moving within the branch as needed. Frequent travel between the three branches is required.
