Member of Technical Staff, Ambient, Bee

Were seeking a Member of Technical Staff with product and design expertise to own the roadmap for ambient understanding the intelligence layer that determines how Bee captures interprets and surfaces meaningful context from a customers day.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy design thinking and technical architecture. Youll define what ambient intelligence should understand about customers lives and work hands-on with engineering and design teams to build it.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for ambient understanding capabilities across audio vision and contextual signals
- Design intelligence frameworks that turn raw data into actionable memory insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with ML engineers to architect context models interpretation pipelines and understanding systems
- Partner with product designers to shape how ambient intelligence surfaces in customer experiences
- Prioritize capabilities based on customer value technical feasibility and business impact
- Build measurement frameworks to evaluate understanding quality and system performance
- Work cross-functionally with product engineering design and science teams to ship features
- Balance innovation velocity with privacy trust and experience quality

- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
