Were seeking a Member Experience Representative to join our team in Simpsonville SC.In this member-facing role youll provide outstanding service support and communication to help our members reach their financial goals. You wont just process transactionsyoull build meaningful relationships guide members toward smart financial decisions and serve as a trusted advisor every step of the way.

Youll be responsible for opening new accounts processing consumer loan applications and performing a variety of account transactions using cutting-edge technology all while delivering exceptional member experience. What Youll Do:

• Build relationships with members and recommend the best products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Open new accounts process loans from application to closing and complete various financial transactions.
• Educate members about Sharonviews digital tools mobile banking and other self-service options.
• Make outbound calls and engage members in-branch to identify opportunities proactively.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all policies procedures and regulations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Sharonview both inside and outside the branch.

What Were Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
• A friendly approachable personality with a passion for service and sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Experience in financial services retail or customer service is a plus.
