Administer Medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and residents care plans.
Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication administration clearly and correctly.
Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes side effects or concerns and report them promptly.
Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.
Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents families and team members.
Create a Positive Environment: Bring compassion patience and positive energy to each shift.
Maryland Medication Technician Certification: Current Medication Technician certification through the Maryland Board of Nursing is required.
Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
Attention to Detail: Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.
Basic Computer Skills: Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.

Dependability: Be available to work the assigned schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
