Looking for a flexible role where you can make a difference and work with a great team Symphony Pointe an Agemark Senior Living community is hiring an On-Call Medication Aide to support our residents across day evening and overnight shifts.

What Youll Do

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans

• Accurately document medication administration

• Observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Build positive relationships with residents families and team members

• Help create a caring supportive environment for everyone in our community

What Were Looking For

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or other required Nebraska medication aide credential

• Compassionate dependable and resident-focused

• Strong communication and basic computer skills

• Flexibility to work days evenings overnights weekends and holidays as needed
