Position: Medical and Health Services Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 46 weeks
Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans staff assignments and compliance reviews for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness regulatory compliance and clinical-service feasibility.
• Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting personnel administration and records management. Provide expert feedback.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4 years of experience in healthcare management roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager or Clinical Director.
• Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services in hospitals clinics or similar settings.
• Ability to commit 20 hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.
