We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at University Home Care Inc in Livonia MI. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires the ability to multitask efficiently a solid understanding of insurance verification and eligibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. You will play a key role in sending out contracts and assisting with the placement of beds at long-term care facilities. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential as you will be expected to wear many hats and support various administrative functions within our organization.

• Verify insurance eligibility and navigate insurance verification processes accurately.
• Send out contracts and coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate timely agreement execution.
• Assist in securing beds at long-term care facilities by coordinating with healthcare providers and facilities.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support other administrative duties as needed demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Minimum of three years of office experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of insurance verification and eligibility procedures.
• Comfortable learning new tasks and taking initiative.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
