Summary
Assumes responsibility for translating interrelated strategic initiatives into large complex project plans and programs for collaboration with project sponsors and other leaders the technical program manager plans resources implements controls and evaluates programs that support Jeffersons strategic plan. Manages complex technical and educational projects and cross-functional programs that drive innovation improve patient outcomes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Job Duties
- Lead planning execution and delivery of multiple technical clinical and educational programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and health care compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with informatics education operations clinical and technology teams to define program goals scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans manage timelines resources and budgets and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Facilitate clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring transparency and effective decision-making
- Monitor program progress track key performance indicators and report regularly to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the quality of health care technology solutions
- Ensure all programs adhere to relevant health care regulations including HIPAA and maintain high standards of data privacy and security
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative inclusive work environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters Degree Focus in Project management
- 5 years experience in project management preferably healthcare
- Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical proficiency Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Copilot Microsoft Teams project management software
Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing frequent keyboard use *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling bending squatting and performing CPR.
