Position: Medical Expert (M.D./D.O.)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $115$150/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write clinical vignettes from your practice including presentation labs imaging and reference answers for model grading.
• Grade model outputs on diagnostic reasoning ensuring differentials are ordered sensibly and workups are guideline-concordant.
• Flag recommendations that are defensible in textbooks but incorrect for specific patients due to comorbidities or access issues.
• Provide clear structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI training.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification and a current active unrestricted license.
• Active or recent clinical practice with the ability to explain clinical reasoning.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.

Preferred

• Final-year residents and fellows are welcome.
