Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Day Shift Monday to Friday 8:15 AM5:15 PM (5x8s)
Pay rate: 30-35$/hr.

Position Title: Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Simi Valley CA 93065
Duration: 13 weeks

Pay rate: 30-35$/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Room and check in patients; obtain vital signs.
- Perform venipuncture phlebotomy audiometry and vision testing as ordered.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Verify insurance demographics benefits and collect co-payments.
- Process referrals and obtain required authorizations.
- Answer phones and provide clerical support.
- Prepare charts scan/file documents and maintain supplies and records.
- Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- BLS certification required.
- CMA or RMA certification preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Audiometry/vision training or CHDP certification preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
