Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00/5:30 PM
Pay: $18.50$20.00/hr depending on experience
Dress Code: Solid color scrubs

Our client a busy multi-location medical practice is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join their team. This role requires flexibility to work between two offices located just 15 minutes apart.

• Room patients record vitals and obtain medical histories

• Maintain patient flow and assist with scheduling

• Document accurately in the EMR system

• Perform clerical duties including reports and notes

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards

• Support physicians and clinical staff in daily operations

• Assist with ordering and maintaining medical supplies

• Current Medical Assistant Certification

• OB/GYN experience or multidisciplinary clinic experience

• Active BLS certification

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant

• Willingness to rotate between Norfolk and Virginia Beach offices
