What Youll Do

• Prepare patients for visits and obtain and document vital signs and patient information
• Assist physicians with office procedures examinations and diagnostic testing
• Handle specimens forms orders and other patient-care tasks
• Answer phones relay messages and provide front-desk support including scheduling and registration; assignments may include dedicated front-desk coverage based on office needs.
• Follow patient safety infection prevention and quality procedures
• Adapt quickly to different practice environments priorities and team needs

What You Bring

• Previous Medical Assistant experience required
• Confidence adapting to different providers practice environments and workflows
• Strong communication organization and patient-service skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between SGMG offices across the community
