Job Description Summary

How will you make an impact & Requirements

• Prepare exam and treatment rooms; maintain a clean organized workspace

• Greet patients take vitals update medical histories and prepare them for their visit

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records

• Monitor and restock medical supplies

• Support scheduling front desk duties patient communication and daily clinic flow

• Contribute to a positive efficient patientcentered environment

What Were Looking For

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assisting program preferred

• 2 years of experience (primary care experience preferred)

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or English/Creole)

• Must have reliable transportation (float role across Collier County)

• Must have front desk experience or be willing to learn

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• EMR experience (Athena preferred)

• Friendly professional teamoriented approach to patient care

Physical Requirements

• Primarily sedentary with occasional lifting up to 15 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance)

• Frequent hand and wrist movements; requires close visual acuity for documentation and computer use
