Job Summary
Are you a State-Certified CNA with medication pass experience looking for flexibility competitive pay and the opportunity to support multiple senior living communities Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking experienced caregivers to join our CNA Resource Team serving Southeast Michigan.
In this role youll be a valued clinical resource helping ensure residents receive exceptional care and medication support when and where its needed most.

- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Safely and accurately administer medications according to established protocols
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility transfers and restorative care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Support residents families and team members with professionalism and compassion
- Current State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum one year of CNA experience in a long-term care skilled nursing or senior living setting
- Previous medication pass experience REQUIRED
- Strong clinical judgment communication and documentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
