What Youll Do

  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Assist residents with daily living activities mobility and personal care
  • Monitor resident well-being and report changes
  • Maintain accurate medication and care documentation
  • Deliver compassionate resident-centered care

What Were Looking For

  • At least 1 year of medication administration experience required
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a senior living assisted living long-term care or skilled nursing facility required
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
  • Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults
