Note: Candidates must have 2 years of construction experience including experience with mechanical systems involving HVAC and/or plumbing. Were looking for someone with a solid technical foundation who is excited to grow in mechanical project engineering.

Job Description

• Coordinate HVAC and plumbing installations to help keep construction projects running smoothly.
• Review mechanical drawings specifications and project documentation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prepare RFIs change orders project schedules and progress reports.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers subcontractors and field personnel to solve challenges and meet deadlines.
• Attend project meetings coordinate construction activities and monitor progress.
• Assist with project closeout punch lists and operations and maintenance documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of construction experience with exposure to HVAC and/or plumbing systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand mechanical installations.
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction coordination RFIs and project schedules.
• Experience with Procore Bluebeam or other construction management software is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with construction teams.
