Mechanical Engineers

• Turn customer specifications into complete mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Electrical and Controls teams to optimize designs within budget.
• Create 3D models manage clash detection and develop 2D layout drawings.
• Perform critical calculations for system performance and safety.
• Document your decisions and communicate clearly with on-site teams.
• Develop 2D Designs and 3D Modeling for conveyor systems and other Material Handling Systems
• Coordinate with electrical and controls engineers
• Analyze system throughput
• Support installation and commissioning
• Manage engineering project deliverables for large automation initiatives

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant Mechanical Engineering experience
• At least 2 years of industry in at least one of the following industries: Material Handling Distribution centers Parcel sorting systems Supply Chain Automation Automation Integration Robotics Systems Commercial HVAC / Data Center Systems Automation
• Minimum 2 years creating drawings in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and AutoDesk tools (Revit Navisworks Vault etc.).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• 3D modeling experience of systems and subsequent clash detection management
• 2Ddesign approval experience and demonstrated work with installation layout drawings
• Knowledge and experience with the International Building Code (IBC) ANSI B11 Machine Guarding Standards ASME B20.1 Safety Standards for Conveyors and Related Equipment and ISO 13849-1.
