We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Expert to contribute to an AI training project involving engineering design physical modeling simulation technical problem-solving and Python.

The work involves creating solving reviewing and validating engineering tasks across structural thermal mechanical and multiphysics domains. A representative task may require translating physical requirements into a computational model generating the required geometry or mesh applying materials and boundary conditions running an engineering simulation and determining whether the resulting artifact and analysis satisfy the applicable physical and design constraints.

This is a very coding heavy role. Candidates must have experience using coding agents in their workflow.

1. Solve and validate mechanical-engineering problems involving design analysis simulation testing or R&D.
2. Translate physical systems and engineering requirements into analytical or computational models.
3. Create or modify geometry meshes materials loads contacts constraints and solver inputs.

1. An MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline; or
2. Strong understanding of applied mechanics and mechanical-engineering fundamentals.
3. Experience developing analytical computational or simulation-based engineering solutions.
4. Practical proficiency with coding agents.

Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete each task may vary depending on the experts experience and workflow.
