Location: Sandy UT. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule and a welcoming modern office environment. We offer an annual salary of $85000 to $120000 depending on experience and qualifications. Relocation assistance is available.

Note: Candidates must have 3 years of commercial HVAC and plumbing engineering design experience including hands-on Revit proficiency. Experience designing both HVAC and plumbing systems is required.

Job Description

• Design and develop commercial HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse building projects.
• Create detailed mechanical drawings layouts and 3D building models using Revit.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and engineering analyses to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and project teams to deliver practical efficient solutions.
• Support projects throughout construction providing technical guidance and quality assurance.
• Solve engineering challenges and contribute ideas that improve building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial HVAC and plumbing design experience in a consulting engineering or similar environment.
• Strong hands-on Revit proficiency for mechanical system design.
• Experience with HVAC load calculations and engineering design tools.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• EIT/FE certification or PE licensure with PE preferred.
• Strong communication problem-solving and collaboration skills.
