Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined HVAC Assembler to join our this role you will safely assemble commercial HVAC units and components in compliance with environmental and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble commercial HVAC equipment and components for recycling and material recovery.
• Sort and separate metals including aluminum copper steel and other recyclable materials.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations when handling HVAC components.
• Perform routine assembly disassembly fabrication and production-related tasks.
• Use basic shop tools and equipment to complete assigned work.
• Read and follow work instructions specifications and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Inspect materials and components to ensure proper processing and handling.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Previous experience in manufacturing assembly production recycling construction HVAC or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to read write and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand bend reach and work in a production or warehouse environment throughout the shift.
