About the Role Autonomy Staffing is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal for those with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience who are comfortable in a loud industrial setting.
Shift Options
- Swing: 2:30 PM10:30 PM or 3:30 PM11:30 PM
- Night: 11:00 PM7:30 AM
- Schedules may run 12 days on / 2 days off or MondayFriday (5x10s)
- Must be open to up to 10-hour shifts and day-shift training if needed
What Youll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues quickly and efficiently
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production uptime and minimize downtime
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
What You Need
- Mechanical and troubleshooting experience required
- Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving skills; reliable and consistent with schedule
- Must pass background drug/alcohol and physical screenings
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Environment: Industrial manufacturing facility loud dusty/dirty at times with a safety-focused team.
