• Hands-on experience repairing and servicing quipment skid steers mini excavatorstelehandlers and more preferred
• The ability to troubleshoot fast diagnose accurately and get machines back to work
• A customer-first mindset our technicians represent Leppo in every interaction

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment mechanical electrical hydraulic and diesel systems
• Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet ready to work
• Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot efficiently
• Keep accurate repair and maintenance records and manage work orders
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts Service Sales and Rental
