Job Description:
Summary:
Under general supervision safely performs advanced and expert level diagnoses troubleshooting repair maintenance and reconditioning of production equipment in compliance with company policies
Responsibilities:
Follow andcomply withall safety standards including Lock Out Electrical Arc Flash Fall Protection etc.
Provide safe andtimelymechanical and electrical support.
Ability to interpret and workfrom complicated drawings blueprints worksheetsequipmentmanualsand other related documents.
Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Perform various hot work tasks.
Orderssupplies and repairitemsas necessary.
Set up andoperateequipment being used to make and repair would belathe drill press grinder and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
Ability to work at heights of 10-0 or more.
Ability to work in tight spaces.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills verbal written & presentation; Listening
Office PC skills (Excel) and specific software (CMMS) involving technical skills knowledge
Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems with general knowledge of electricalVFDand PLC systems.
Understanding of spare part inventory process
Ability to work independently.
Must be able to pass a maintenance assessment.
