Are you detail-oriented organized and comfortable working with numbers Orem Mazda is looking for a dependable Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team! What Youll Do
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Process review and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile invoices statements and other financial documents.
- Enter financial data into dealership accounting systems.
- Help maintain organized files and supporting documentation.
- Assist the accounting team with additional duties as needed.
What Were Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic accounting bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
