Join our team now and receive our $1500 sign-on bonus!POSITION SUMMARY:Provides direction (thru supervisor) for all phases of line production and coordinates activities of operators maintains a clean and safe work environment and effectively directs trains and develops department staff within their respective :Plan work schedule to be performed during a given day or week by several employees within their area of responsibility and ensure that work performed is in compliance with direct and work with Line or cell team and train team members in standard operating procedures (SOPs)Observe machinery operation to detect malfunctions and report problems to maintenance for 5S compliance by ensuring that all work areas are clean orderly and all employee reports and prepare all necessary paperwork including accident production reports as feedback on team member performance/non-performance to Department/Area SupervisorSupports and participates in Morgan Olsons PPS team to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the duties as required
