Materials Control Coordinator

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting smooth warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for tracking materials performing inventory audits and ensuring data integrity across systems. Youll work closely with operations shipping and production teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts audits and system updates
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across warehouse and production areas
• Support receiving storage and movement of materials to ensure proper tracking and control
• Partner with operations shipping and supply chain teams to improve inventory processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and inventory control standards

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of inventory control warehouse or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate data and records
• Proficiency with inventory systems ERP/WMS platforms and Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• Associates or bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field
• Experience in food beverage or CPG manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of cycle counting inventory reconciliation and continuous improvement practices

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Ability to stand walk and move throughout a warehouse or production environment
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed

The hourly range for this role is $28 to $35 hourly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience qualifications geographic location and internal pay equity considerations.
