Material Handler / Forklift Operator

1^st shift Monday Thursday 8am to 4:30pm (Fridays 7am 3:30pm)

$17-19 depending on experience

A material handler is a vital supply chain professional responsible for safely loading unloading organizing and transporting goods within a warehouse or manufacturing facility. They manage inventory fulfill orders and operate equipment like forklifts to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

Loading & Unloading: Safely receive incoming shipments and load outgoing freight onto delivery trucks.
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels tag materials with proper labels and record locations in the companys database.
Order Fulfillment: Pick pack and stage materials and finished goods to meet production orders or customer shipments.
Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts and pallet jacks and perform routine safety inspections.
Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse loading docks and storage areas clean organized and compliant with OSHA safety standards
