ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:

• Followcomplyand enforce all operational procedures/policies asstatedin the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards).
• Safely position forks/ lifting platform under over or around loaded racks and transport load todesignatedarea.
• Use knowledge of principles of operating safety rules and practices.
• Use truck stability factors with and without a load.
• Consistently perform proper pre-shift inspection every shift.
• Follow good housekeeping practices.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to scan label reconcile.
• Demonstrate knowledge of parking and shut down procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of process flow in Flow Rack system.
• Capable of beingcross-trainedas needed in respecteddepartment.
• Perform other duties asrequired.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired

WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:

• Hold or obtain a validdrivers license.Current forklift license to be obtained within 1 week of hired.Documented proof of training every three years for maintenance offorklift/truck license must bemaintained.
• Must be able to perform Scanning and proper inventory control.
• Knowledge of the capabilities of the equipment and attachments.
• Knowledge of purposeuseand limitations of controls.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Standards andrules.
• Knowledge of SAP Shop Floor.

Pay range: $19.94 - $24.97
