Position: General Helper
Location: Burnsville Mississippi
Employer: TKO StaffPros (for a client company)
Job Type: Full-time in-person
Main Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Work in all areas of the furnace and casting operation.
- Complete training on casting processes.
- Help minimize production losses.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Monitor gauges dials and machine indicators.
- Operate or work around cranes forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Perform physical work in warm environments.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude (a plus).
- Problem-solving abilities (a plus).
- Adaptability to changing work conditions.
- Team-oriented attitude.
