Material Handler, Carson City 19-20.50PH

Position Summary
Employnet is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. The Material Handler is responsible for receiving storing moving and distributing materials throughout the facility to ensure efficient production and shipping processes. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Receive unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify materials against purchase orders packing slips and inventory records.
• Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport raw materials components and finished products throughout the facility.
• Pick stage and deliver materials to production lines to support manufacturing operations.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations and maintain organized stock areas.
• Prepare package label and stage products for shipment.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Identify and report damaged materials inventory discrepancies and safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety quality and operational procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse logistics manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand walk bend reach and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Pay: $19/HR (Days)-$20.50/HR (Swing)

Shifts:
Day: 6am-2:30pm

Swing: 3pm-11:30pm
