Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking a Master Installer to serve as the technical expert and leader on our installation team. Infinity Replacement is Marvins dedicated replacement window and door business bringing a legacy of premium craftsmanship directly to homeowners. Through a directtoconsumer model we install industryleading fiberglass window and door products backed by thoughtful design expert installation and longterm performance.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled installer with extensive experience in custom window and door installations who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and mentoring others. As a Master Installer youll handle our most complex projects serve as a field subject matter expert help establish installation best practices and provide coaching and technical guidance to Lead Installers and newer team members.

• Serve as the highest-level technical installation expert leading the most complex and challenging window and door installation projects.
• Perform residential window and door installations to Marvins quality and craftsmanship standards.
• Act as a field subject matter expert providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for installation teams.
• Train coach and mentor Lead Installers and newer installers to elevate installation quality and consistency.
• Develop and promote installation best practices across the market.
• Complete removal installation trim capping sealing and final fit-and-finish work with exceptional attention to detail.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while ensuring projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectations.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners project managers and internal teams throughout the installation process.
• Complete post-installation service work adjustments and punch-list items as needed.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation photos and quality records.
• Promote a safe clean and professional jobsite while modeling best practices for the installation team.

• 8-12 years of window and door installation experience including custom projects
• Expert carpentry trim capping flashing and finishing skills
• Experience mentoring installers and leading complex installations
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiners Certificate (Medical Card)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. climb ladders and work safely on jobsites
• A commitment to quality safety and customer satisfaction
• Trade certifications are a plus but hands-on experience matters most
