Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earths mineral-rich waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.

As a Massage Therapist you will be responsible for:

• Providing guests with professional therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage deep tissue massage reflexology and hydrotherapy
  
• Informing guests of available services retail products and amenities throughout the spa
  
• Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
  
• Offering sincere suggestions for the guests benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
  
• Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
  
• Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare
  

This role will be working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 7:30am to 8:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• State of Wisconsin Massage Certificate required
  
• Prior luxury spa setting experience preferred but notrequired
  
• The ability to walk or stand the majority of each shift along with lifting up to 25 pounds
