KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Welcome Wagon: Greet guests warmly make them feel at home and share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit.
  
• Style & Standards Superstar: Keep a polished look by following uniform and grooming guidelines and always meet brand and safety standards.
• Brew Crew Captain: Support daily operations help hire and train team members and inspire excellent service and teamwork.
• Solution & Support Specialist: Quickly handle guest questions and requests arrange special needs and stay informed on shop functions and events.
• Coffee Shop Maestro: Oversee shop operations manage transactions maintain inventory and cleanliness and assist the team as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
• Hotel or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.
• Comfortable with financial data and basic math.
