Marketing Services Manager

The Marketing Services Manager has a key role within the Creative Services department supporting branding and company initiatives. This position manages the execution of creative projects submitted through the creative request system and works cross-functionally with requesters designers internal reviewers and production teams. The role ensures all projects are accurate on-brand and delivered on time across various media channels including print apparel digital and broadcast.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects including timelines budgets and communication
• Support creative development across a wide range of media types including print/POP apparel digital packaging signage and traditional media
• Collaborate with departments across Brand RSO and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of creative needs
• Communicate with requesters to ensure all necessary project information is provided
• Collaborate with designers to ensure projects are accurate effective and timely
• Provide strategic direction and support to internal and external creative teams
• Ensure projects follow the defined approval process
• Deliver project status updates to the internal team and key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate workload reports and flag team bandwidth or timeline concerns
• Coordinate production handoffs and vendor routing for approved creative
• Identify and recommend improvements to creative development processes

Qualifications :

• 4-6 years experience in creative project management with responsibility for project timelines communication and execution
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
• Understanding of marketing creative and design workflows
• Experience collaborating with graphic designers production teams and key stakeholders
• Strong time management project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across various role levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within the QSR industry
