About the Role
As our Marketing Operations Intern youll help scale one of Neighbors most important growth channels: Google Maps. This role is highly execution-focused and will involve setting up managing and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale in partnership with Neighbor hosts.
This is a part-time internship of approximately 20 hours per week.
- Google Maps Pin Setup: Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings
- Pin Quality & Compliance: Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines including accurate categories descriptions photos service areas and business details
- Pin Optimization: Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos descriptions categories attributes etc.)
- Operational Scaling: Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (rank impressions actions calls clicks) and report on learnings
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelors degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027
- Must be available to work onsite at Neighbor HQ in Lehi UT

- Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting
- Interest in local SEO marketplaces or marketing
- Experience building AI workflows
