B2B Marketing Manager Drive Revenue, Not Just Clicks

We need a hands-on Marketing Manager who judges their success by one question: Did it move the number If you are obsessed with turning B2B marketing into a measurable pipeline and revenue we want you on our team. In this role you will run our playbook by executing B2B campaigns end-to-end including whitepapers case studies and emails to generate a qualified pipeline. You will track deals created and pipeline dollars in HubSpot measuring actual revenue rather than just impressions. Additionally you will master paid ads by managing paid distribution on LinkedIn which includes targeting budgeting and creative testing.

You will also partner with sales to enforce speed to lead ensuring every inbound lead gets a same-day first touch. Beyond digital campaigns you will create experiences by planning and executing trade shows company events and flawless client visits to our office experience centers. Protecting the brand is crucial so you must keep a maniacal eye on details and catch spelling errors before they ever ship. To succeed you need 3 to 5 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience tied directly to revenue an execution-first mindset with stellar writing skills and pro-level skills in HubSpot workflows dashboards and reporting. You must also have proven success running paid LinkedIn and/or Meta campaigns alongside experience planning B2B trade shows and hosting clients.
