This is a weekly hybrid role based out of the Beacon NY office.Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Plan and execute regional marketing programs: email digital and offline - designed to activate and grow the partner channel and support field sales efforts across LATAM.
- Develop and localize compelling marketing assets presentations partner kits and co-marketing resources that empower regional partners and sales teams to drive pipeline and close business.
- Serve as the marketing point of contact for LATAM sales and partner teams understanding regional priorities and translating them into actionable marketing plans and support.
- Plan coordinate and execute regional webinars including content development speaker management promotion and post-event follow-up with content tailored for LATAM audiences.
- Manage logistics and support for regional and virtual marketing events including LATAM participation in the flagship Partner Conference (DocuWorld) and local/regional events. Handle vendor management attendee communications and on-site logistics as needed.
- Work closely with the Marketing Americas team global marketing product marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment on messaging campaign execution and regional priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt and localize global marketing content campaigns and messaging for relevance and effectiveness in the LATAM market.
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Dynamics) to monitor report on and optimize the effectiveness and ROI of regional marketing programs.
- Stay abreast of LATAM market trends competitive landscape and marketing best practices to continuously improve program performance and scalability.
- Ability to travel to the Carribean and Central & South America for marketing events.
- Ability to travel to Germany for team building events.
- Ability to travel once a year for DocuWorld locations may vary.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3 years experience in field regional or channel marketing; experience supporting partner ecosystems strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in event andwebinarmanagement includinglogisticsand promotion.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics).
- Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience in the hardware/software or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Experience marketing within or to the Latin American region preferred.
- The pay range is between $75000 and $80000 depending on experience.
