Job Title: Marketing Coordinator 2
Location: Beaverton Or (Onsite 4/1 Hybrid Schedule)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
About The Role
This role sits on the Sports Marketing team and provides project support for approximately 6 months. The contingent worker will help build a new database that holds information on all company-sponsored athletes filling in data conducting athlete research and maintaining accurate records.
What Will You Work On
The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
Provides training to ensure premium execution of marketing programs.
Help to direct and elevate consumer-facing assets to ensure consistent delivery of category programs.
Create tools and best practices and drive global awareness and adoption.
Maximize the Merch Center to support category game plans and merch excellence.
Engage with vendors to meet marketing needs with regards to timelines and budget.
Must-Have
24 years of directly relevant work experience in a marketing or research role.
Ability to deal with highly confidential information and use discretion.
Data entry accuracy.
Basic knowledge of sports/athletes.
Microsoft Suite expertise.
Nice-To-Have
Prior athlete-facing experience.
AI familiarity.
Detail-oriented highly organized self-starter able to work with little oversight.
Education / Experience Substitutions
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 24 years directly relevant work experience. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 1 yr; Masters 0-3 yrs; Associate degree 1-3 yrs; High School 3-5 yrs.
